VIDEO: SOLO TRAVEL TO BELIZE AND GUATEMALA

My trip to Central America was by far my favorite solo adventure thus far. I met so many incredible people and witnessed truly remarkable destinations along the way. Temple climbing, cuddling with iguanas, and swimming with sharks were only some of the activities which kept me busy. I cannot wait to eventually return to Belize and Guatemala – but until then, I’ll always keep this footage to remind myself of the unforgettable memories I created. Continue Reading

VIDEO: ONE YEAR IN NEW YORK CITY

Last year I made the spontaneous decision to move to the big apple. Two weeks before I arrived, I purchased a one-way, red-eye flight to JFK. As I predicted, my life changed dramatically after moving to New York City. For my 26th birthday, I gifted myself with a GoPro Hero 5. VIDEO: SOUTH KOREA VLOG 9

Last week I decided to record the {not so thrilling, somewhat mundane} realities of being an EPIK teacher here in Daegu, South Korea. VIDEO: BUSAN, SOUTH KOREA

I recently visited Korea’s second largest city located along the coast: Busan. I packed a lot into two days, though barely scratched the surface of things to do in Busan. Some of the highlights include Gamcheon Cultural Village, Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Fish Market, and Waveon Coffee. I loved it so much, I plan to return this weekend. Hope you enjoy!

VIDEO: A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EPIK TEACHER IN DAEGU

I decided to share a day in my life as an EPIK teacher living in Daegu, South Korea. Of course everyone has a different experience when they move to this incredible country, but this is what a typical day looks like for me. I taught three 5th grade classes, caught up on lesson planning, and grabbed dinner with some friends. This entire experience has been rewarding, humbling, and honestly life-changing.
